Our whole school Country Carnival is being run Wednesday 23rd March at school. The children will complete laps of approximately 700m around the school oval and neighbouring council oval.

The order of events for the day and approximate times will be:
9:30am – Welcome and course walk
10:15am – 12 and 13 year olds (4 laps)
10:30am – Year 1 (2 laps)
10:40am – Kinder (1 lap). Our year 6 children will run with the kinders to make sure no one gets lost on the way!
10:50am – 11 year olds (4 laps)
11:05am – Year 2 (2 laps)
11:20am – 8 and 9 year olds (3 laps)
11:35am – 10 year olds (3 laps)

Thank you to those parents who have responded as helpers to be “Checkpoint Charlie’s”. If you could meet Mr Sanson at 9:15am on the basketball court tomorrow for your instructions. Please bring a chair for the day. Any other people who would like to help us keep the children safe, please just show up at 9:15am, we can’t have too many!! As usual your help and support is always appreciated.

Terry Sullivan from “Coffee Jalopy” will be in attendance once again. So for anybody who needs their morning coffee, Terry will help you out.

The weather forecast is for a fine, sunny day and 27 degrees. So please apply sunscreen to your children before they leave home.
